Rooted in the season’s Human-Powered philosophy, the 2021 Nike Team Volleyball reset was designed to celebrate athletes embracing progress over perfection. Drawing from a design direction that moves away from linear, mechanical forms and towards more organic, human-inspired movement, this collection was designed around three core priorities : performance through cleaner cuts, breathability through custom engineered knit structures, and comfort through streamlined construction that reduces abrasion in major impact zones. This season we revolutionized how female volleyball players show up on court - introducing a brand new sleeveless jersey + detached arm sleeve silhouette, a combination never before seen in the sport and fundamentally reimagining what volleyball looks like on-court.
